Advantage is part of the State benefits program and offer a wide variety of options for our employees.  Attached is a general outline of our benefits including our leave program and 401k match.  For full details regarding our benefits plans you can visit the state website: http://team.georgia.gov/my-benefits/  The cost of these benefits are not 100% covered but are shared with the employee.  You can find monthly cost on the website, we split this amount into 2 pay periods a month. Advantage pays a total fringe of 46% of your annual salary.
